Tour of My Shade Garden – Video

I have another garden tour video to share with you today. This is my shade garden shortly after I finished planting it last summer. It looks so cute and new. I can’t wait to see how it fills in this year. What do you think?

Looks great but needs more woodland natives! Wild geranium, columbine, wild ginger, false Solomon's seal, jacobs ladder, meadow rue, sweet joe pye (just to name a few!) — all are beautiful in these conditions and support important (and dwindling) native pollinators. How about a few milkweed species to help out the monarchs? Hostas are easy but not too big on wildlife value 😉
